Sam Ward is Rehab Co’s Consultant Sports Dietitian. She brings a unique blend of clinical and performance nutrition expertise, supporting everyone from elite athletes to everyday exercisers.

With a background in sports like swimming, triathlon, and CrossFit, Sam understands the real-life demands of training and performance.

She currently runs her own private practice, supporting a wide range of clients; from mountain bikers and gymnasts to Hyroxers and weekend warriors.

Sam also regularly delivers workshops across Aotearoa and offers virtual consultations for wider accessibility.
