The Move Well Project

A bespoke 10 week project designed by our physios for everyday Kiwis to help you reach your movement goals & recover from your long term injuries. Below are the three core elements of this project that are designed to help you move well.

A custom designed programme geared towards helping you reach your movement goals

Group participating in a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session during the Move Well Project at RehabCo Physio in Auckland and Wellington

MOVE

A 30 minute HIIT session, putting into practise the tips and tricks learnt in our movement mastery sessions.

Clients engaging in a Move Smooth stretch and Pilates-based session to improve flexibility in the Move Well Project in Auckland and Wellington

MOVE SMOOTH

A 30 minute stretch and pilates based session to help you move through full range motion and keep you moving smooth through your 10 weeks
