A bespoke 10 week project designed by our physios for everyday Kiwis to help you reach your movement goals & recover from your long term injuries. Below are the three core elements of this project that are designed to help you move well. 

MOVEMENT MASTERY

A custom designed programme geared towards helping you reach your movement goals

MOVE

A 30 minute HIIT session, putting into practise the tips and tricks learnt in our movement mastery sessions.

MOVE SMOOTH

A 30 minute stretch and pilates based session to help you move through full range motion and keep you moving smooth through your 10 weeks
