Katie

BHSc Physiotherapy

Katie graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 and is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a genuine passion for helping people to stay active and doing what they love. She enjoys working with runners and sportspeople of all levels, supporting them through injury recovery and performance-focused rehabilitation. Katie has a caring approach to her work and strives for excellence across the board.

Having worked across New Zealand and more recently in London, Katie has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and progressive, tailored exercise rehabilitation to create treatment plans that are individualised. She is committed to providing thorough care, leaving no stone unturned to support complete recovery and to prevent future injury.

Outside the clinic, Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always looking for an excuse to get outdoors, whether that’s walking, running, or cycling. She also loves a flat white, dogs, travelling and exploring the beautiful corners of New Zealand.
