Arantzasu
BSc Physiotherapy
Arantzasu (or Ari, as most people call her) graduated in 2013 from Universidad Andrés Bello, Chile, where she also completed a Diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She has over 10 years of experience across musculoskeletal, pelvic health, and exercise rehabilitation. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and a credentialed pelvic health physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health.
Ari has worked in both Chile and New Zealand, supporting people of all ages with a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to persistent pain and postpartum recovery. She combines manual therapy, dry needling, education, and exercise-based rehabilitation to create practical treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals and needs.
Outside the clinic, if she is not walking in the bush or doing Pilates, you might find her at the driving range working on her swing. She has an ongoing love-hate relationship with golf, a passion she shares with her husband.
