The Move Well Project
We have created a bespoke 10 week project designed by our physios for everyday Kiwis to help you reach your movement goals. Below are the three core elements of this project that are designed to help you move well.
A custom designed programme geared towards helping you reach your movement goals
A 45 minute hit session, putting into practise the tips and tricks learnt in our movement mastery sessions.
A stretch and pilates based session to help you move through full range motion and keep you moving smooth through your 10 week journey with us.
